Leader - HR Outsourcing (Advisory / Solutioning)

LOCATION: Bangalore/Mumbai

Job opportunity in Bangalore / Mumbai for an Human Resource Outsourcing / Operations professionals holding experience of at least 18+ years' experience in Payroll or Talent Acquisition having expertise in HR due diligence, HR Transformation You will use your experience in skills in HR Consulting & Solution Delivery to cater the needs of the clients .

RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Leading key strategic initiatives, driving transformation and process reengineering in HR Operations

2. Consulting Clients on organisation design & target operating model

3. Leading and managing the HRO Consulting projects ensuring successful delivery and outcomes of the project

4. Creating end to end HRO outsourcing solution focusing on key solution tenants

5. Providing the input into the technology enablement and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gaps

6. Designing HRO solutions & lead client solution presentation and solution orals

7. Working closely with transitions and Change management teams to ensure smooth transition of HRO activities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 18+ years of experience HRO consulting, solution & delivery

2. Master's in Human Resource

3. Should be well versed with HR function

4. Expert in Client interaction and should possess problem solving skills

5. Should have excellent communication skills
