HR Operation Leader
Role & responsibilities:
- Operations manager will be responsible for end-to-end Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and Employee Services and HR transactions and vendor oversight
- Partnering with TA on regular review of open roles and produce reports
- Leading P&C operations and systems - WD Management, OTH sheet , ZingHR/WD integration
- Managing onboarding activities
Preferred candidate profile:
- 10+ years in Human Resources Operations, Employee Services, Payroll, Benefits or Talent Aquisition.
- 2+ years in supporting leadership teams is a bonus.
- Managerial experience handling large scale operations, ideally in a fast-paced IT/ITES operations environment, preferably GCCs.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SharePoint, and the MS Suite.
- Very strong organization and follow-up capabilities.
- Experience working on Workday is a bonus.
