Description :

Working directly with the leadership, you will head HR Business Partnering, managing various business units.

Profile :

- 12-15 years of experience with global companies in shared services set up/ IT/ ITeS

- Solid and in depth understanding of HRBP and strong team management skills

- Ability to work with multiple vendors to drive solutions

- Strong analytical and solution oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
