Looking at candidate to handle the end to end Global Mobility of the Organization.

Job Description :

- Good Knowledge on Non-Immigrant, SME on work permits & Business visas for Europe & APAC regions.

- Knowledge on US Non-immigrant & GC processes

- Excellent leadership skill qualities with good communication skill, team development & management

- SLA driven process and analytical skills, risk mitigation & 100% compliance in the regions managed

- In depth knowledge on business visa processes relating to all immigration policies and procedures

- Liaising with senior mgmt on strategic plans

- Good presentation skills

- Knowledge on automation systems and immigration helpdesk

- Multi tasking & manage huge no. of applications

- Ready to extend the working hours.. liaising with overseas internal customer

Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in managing global mobility.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement.
