Specific Competence (Essential) :
- Intellectual horsepower
- Strong accounting knowledge (specifically exposure to closing and reporting)
- Proven track record in communication, people management, analytical, prioritization, and influencing skills
- Ability to Influence people without need for a direct reporting relationship
- Strong focus on building multi functional teamwork and customer/supplier relationships.
- Strong computer skills in particular MS Office applications (mainly Excel, PowerPoint)

- Primary responsibility for reviewing work done by team for the Hi-Tech Company
- Ensuring team adheres to the close deliverable s as agreed in Close calendar every month
- Ensuring all Service levels are met as per agreed Operation definitions with the customer.
- Ensuring thorough governance rigor is followed which is in place - regular reviews with Senior Stakeholders of Business and their team
- Strong customer's centric focus relationship management with key stakeholders, persuasive, proactive and can do attitude a must; should exude passion and intense curiosity for accurate, value adds analysis.
- Ensuring people practices in place are adhered to - having regular quarterly 1-0-1, ensuring performance development plan, career and succession planning is in place for the entire team.
- Identifying and driving continuous process improvements across the processes thereby driving customer value/Business Impact
Essential :
- Demonstrable experience of managing Hitech clients
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to influence C level clients
- 10 -12 years of experience in F&A
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Big 4 experience would be a plus)
- Managing team size of of 45+
- Willingness to work in US Shifts
Desirable :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Big 4 experience would be a plus)
- Min 10 years post qualifying experience with at least 3-5 years in BPO
