Leader - Digital Health

Role Description:

As a MedTech Expert - Digital Health/MedTech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving innovative digital health and MedTech solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing strategic roadmaps for global clients in the areas of MedTech and digital/connected health.

- Driving innovation, thought leadership, and knowledge management within the organization.

- Collaborating with various technology and services teams to create new offerings and assets.

- Leveraging Capgemini's offerings, solutions, and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities to clients.

- Identifying and driving domain-specific alliances and partnerships within the industry.

- Supporting and leading RFX (Request for Proposal/Information) bids and delivering proactive client presentations.

- Enabling and imparting industry-specific trainings to internal teams.

- Supporting and driving marketing initiatives and analyst relations.

- Gathering and updating industry intelligence to apply for innovation and asset creation.

Qualifications/Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

- A minimum of 14-18 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and execution of functions related to digital health platforms, technology and ecosystem, MedTech solutions, products, and medical devices (SAMD, DTx, etc.).

- Exposure to the latest technology stacks such as Cloud, Mobile, and IoT.

- Knowledge of Medical Device FDA/MDR Regulatory Compliance requirements.

- Experience in handling RFIs/RFPs (Request for Information/Proposal) and delivering proactive pitches to global customers.

- Experience in cutting-edge healthcare transformation consulting and technical expertise, focusing on areas such as mobile medical apps, medical device interoperability, healthcare cybersecurity, digital therapeutics, AI/ML, novel digital health technology, digital health product development, software as a medical device, big data and advanced analytics, cloud storage, computing, wireless communication, etc.
