- Have gained several years of professional experiences in top tier Consulting (MBB, Big 4), Investment Banking, Venture Capital companies (entry as either Manager, Senior Manager, Director or Partner)

- Work effectively with people at all levels and enjoy interacting with Partner & Senior Partner Management as well as Consultants and building strong relationships

- Think analytically, work in a structured and problem-solving oriented manner and possess a thorough understanding of complex business processes of any kind

- Are very engaged and visionary and want to actively drive the digitalization of the professional services industries

- Have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, in English (other languages are an advantage)
