(A) Consolidating Journey and MOT Insights into One View
(B) Building Digital Roadmap for businesses lines and group companies
(C) Building CX Models like CX Score, Customer Life time value
(D) Build analytics and data science capabilities for electric mobility business
(E) Build data science and analytics capabilities for connected services business lines.
Educational Qualifications required :
- Bachelors in a technical discipline (math/stat and/or computer science), prefer Masters or PhD in a technical field.
- Managing Points (Key KPIs/KRAs)
- CX Score Modelling, Capture, enhancements
- Electric mobility and connected services business growth through data sciences and analytics
- Command Centre
- Customer Life Time Value Growth
