Description
- Ensure that every client derives the maximum return from their investment in the platform
- Provide subject matter expertise on social business practices
- Work alongside the internal business development teams to foster new opportunities within existing business
- Top tier Engineering college graduate with Computer Science or similar area of study
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills, the kind needed to delight India based customers
- Exceptional Project management skills to drive cross functional initiatives with engineering, sales and field teams with utmost efficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
- Personal energy, passion, and drive to ensure we consistently delight our customers
Profile
- MBA from IIM - A/B/C/L/K or ISB
- 6-10 years of experience in enterprise software account management, sales, customer facing product management or digital and social account management, preferably with India based customers
- Analytical skills + customer facing background
