Job Description - The role involves providing leadership in development, implementation and improvement of cost accounting processes through RPA. It is a leadership role that involves managing the performance of team members located out of Navi Mumbai.

Description :

As a Cost Accounting Leader you will report to the Global Cost Accounting Leader in Navi Mumbai and:

- Provide leadership in the development, testing, and implementation of process automation including macros and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)

- Drive process improvements to achieve productivity gains.

- Overseeing knowledge transfer (KT) in case of transition of new activities

- Evaluate the team's scope consistent with the centralisation strategy. Implement scope changes

- Ensure all internal controls are effective and performed as per the process. Support external and internal audits

- Stakeholder Management

- Performance Management of team members

- Interface with Stakeholders regarding work process concerns and ensure sustainability throughout the process

Profile

As a successful Cost Accounting Leader, you should be a certified cost accountant (ICWAI) with 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing/functional cost accounting in a US Manufacturing MNC. You should have managed a team at your current organization and have experience working with the cost accounting module of SAP. You should possess strong communication skills.
