- Experience working in the India market as a senior leader in the Financial Services Management Consulting Industry (Years - 12-20 years Financial Services Management Consulting experience of which atleast 5 years serving the India market)
- Candidate should have strong sales acumen and have demonstrated capability of building a sales book at India Banking clients
- Preferably have strong c suite client relationships within the Indian Banking Industry (Business Leads and should not be limited to CTO, CIO relationships
- Experience in building teams and managing the overall infra and support along with the growth for an independent portfolio.
- Key skills around Business Model, Target Operating model design
- Should have experience in delivering Wealth Management, Digital, Intelligent Automation business transformation programmes (any 1 or more of these)
- Experience working with in one of the big 4 or Management Consulting and such entity's Financial LOB - catering to Indian financial intuitions
Qualification:
- MBA from a Premier Management Institute in India or oversea
Location - Preferably Mumbai (can consider Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon for an exceptional candidate)
Reporting to - Head Consulting India
Team Management - Lead a team of colleagues focused on the India Consulting market
Responsibilities:
- Build a go-to-market strategy for selling our services and centre value proposition for clients in the India business
- Achieve Sales and Revenue targets for the India Consulting business whether based on RfP based proposals or sole source proposals
- Build (including recruit) the capabilities within the India Consulting business to help achieve the Sales and Revenue targets
- Oversight on all Consulting programmes being delivered for Indian Financial Services clients
- Build a strong network of c suite (and next level) client relationships in the Indian Financial Services industry
- Represent our India Business internally and externally through information share, client visits, presentations, participation in RFI / RFP responses, pricing discussions, etc.
- Work intensively with Delivery Managers (local & global) to ensure smooth delivery and customer as well as employee satisfaction.
- Work with the Delivery Managers and Delivery Excellence Group to define and implement best practices for India business.
- Coaching and mentoring employees
