Leader - Compensation Consulting

Our client is a consulting major with a strong command on Total Rewards consulting.

- The current incumbent will serve as the P&L leader for the North Zone of the country and will be responsible for the following:

- Oversee the overall P&L responsibility for the zone, along with service delivery

- Front end the consulting relationship with the clients

- Hunt and farm business from new and existing clients

- Work with internal teams to ensure service delivery

- Consult external clients on various domains of rewards and build solutions basis that
