The C&B leader will get an opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's business objectives and foster a culture of performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) that attract and retain top talent while aligning with the organization's business goals.
- Lead compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure our salary and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry.
- Develop and manage incentive plans that drive employee performance and engagement.
- Create and maintain job leveling and salary structures to ensure equity and fairness in compensation.
- Analyze market trends and stay current on best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve our programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution and communication of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance and expertise on compensation matters, including salary negotiations, promotions, and career development.
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals to deliver outstanding results and provide career growth opportunities.
Ideal candidate :
- MBA is a must from a Tier 1 B-School.
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong background in consulting organizations or startups.
- In-depth knowledge of ESOP plan design, compensation benchmarking, and incentive plan development.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and senior leadership.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
