- You will be leading designing and delivering solutions in the area of Compensation & Benefits.

- Lead the projects and delivery of rewards benchmarking and design related engagements

- As an industry leader, you will drive organization's footprint in the attached industry, create content and share POV with clients

- Developing strong working relationships with key people in the client organizations and advising them on Rewards and Benefits

- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits with reputed organizations

- Strong analytical and solution oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
