-You will lead C&B, benchmarking, working closely with vendors on delivering new solutions
- You will be managing reward interventions including benchmarking, annual salary revisions, design of incentive and benefits programs, job evaluation, while leading a team
- You will design new initiatives, implement and run R&R programs
- 3 to 7 years of working experience in HR Rewards/ C&B with internet/ E-commerce companies
- MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 is a must
- Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
