Job Title: Sales Leader - West India
Job Profile :
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Leader to drive our market presence in West India Region. This critical role will be responsible for building relationships with key accounts in the Commercial Enterprise domains.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our strategic alliance partners, meet quarterly revenue growth goals, and represent our organization as the face of the West India region. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will work closely with Marketing, other Sales teams, and Solution Design teams.
We seek a candidate with a strong understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals, prior experience in region-building for IT companies, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to work ethics and results orientation.
Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Job Description :
1. Market Presence and Key Account Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to establish our brand in West India.
- Identify and engage with key accounts in the Commercial Enterprise segment.
- Collaborate with strategic alliance partners for joint GTM activities.
2. Revenue Growth and Quota Attainment:
- Meet quarterly revenue targets for the West India region.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure consistent deal flow.
3. Strategic Alliances and Partner Engagement:
- Work closely with strategic alliance partners to drive opportunities.
- Jointly plan and execute GTM activities.
- Leverage partner relationships for lead generation and deal closures
4. Sales Team Leadership and Performance Management:
- Build and mentor the West India sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10years of relevant sales experience with managerial/leadership experience for min of 3years,with a track record of success.
- Prior experience inbuilding and scaling regions for IT products or services companies
