Our client is a MNC Fintech organization with a team of 340+ working across 11 locations globally.

The role will be responsible for :

- Signing up & building strong partnerships with Financial Service Providers/FSPs (Banks and NBFCs)

- Ensuring the FSPs understand the value of the partnership, establishing the ideal product construct and ensuring the optimization of portfolio growth, achievement of revenue goals and management of risk in line with the partnership agreement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key counter parties internally and externally to facilitate the delivery of the organization's mobile financial services products in line with their strategy, local regulatory requirements and the partnership agreement

- Structuring deals which can leverage capital from FSPs and other sources, to ensure we lower the cost of funds by accurately mapping product with FSP and building a bouquet of FSP

- Optimize the partnership through strategic partnering and identification of new, mutually beneficial market opportunities.

- Build partnership with payments companies for managing demand side deal e.g. - MFI, payroll processing companies etc

- Ensure portfolio growth / funds availability to meet annual target - continually monitor and assess the overall portfolio performance against agreed KPIs to identify opportunities to further optimize portfolio growth, customer utility and to enable long term growth of the digital ecosystem

Desired Profile :

- MBA (preferably from Premier institutes like IIM / XLRI / JBIMS / SP JAIN / MDI/ ISB) with minimum 13 years experience.

- Deep understanding of credit, costing and pricing of credit and risk

- Proven track record of building and structuring multi-party loan syndication

- Experience in technology led lending in retail and / or MSME space

- Experience in Deal structuring and fund/ capital raising from Banks/ NBFCs

- Ability to network with CEO / CXO level

- Deep relationships with Banks an asset

- Good understanding of technology

- Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment, highly adaptable
