Our client is a global leader in outsourcing solutions offering future-ready, resilient business transformation services to industry heavy-weights, Fortune 100 companies, and growth-focused organizations. With 4,000+ FTEs spread across 5 contact centers in the US, Philippines, and India, it manages over 1 Million customer contacts per day, via multiple touchpoints. Presently, they seek to hire a Sales Leader to be based in Bangalore/Chennai/Noida.
The role requires someone who can be in India and generate leads on his/her own then travel to US / Europe or the country where the lead is and convert the same.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan and strategies for developing business and achieving the sales goals
- Drafting pitches and overseeing the proposal.
- Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
- Lead and direct Account Managers and Engagement Leaders, focused on delivering value, ensuring quality.
- Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue and profit forecasting.
- Engage with senior level client contacts across all areas of the client's business on a regular basis, delivering a continuous flow of business-building ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback.
- Develop and drive growth & account plans, processes, and strategies that improve results for clients, while growing the account portfolio.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to develop proposal/presentation content and strategy for new business pitches.
- Effectively "on-board" new client relationships.
- Report on sales activity with consistent frequency
- Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management.
What we are looking for:
- 15+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in US geography and services and has the ability to generate leads / Close the deals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience building successful working relationships with C-level executives.
- Ability to work virtually and travel frequently to pursue and qualify leads
