Inviting applications for the role of AI- Analytics Practice Leader-(Banking and Finance domain Preferred) Roles & Responsibilities : - This person should have Broader perspective of analytics across domains and industries - Conceptualize offerings / solutions in all towers of Analytics by using latest digital technologies / AI / ML. - Agile and responding to changing demands, Consultative selling skills and Story-telling ability - VP for Analytics will be responsible for executing technology and design vision, shaping Analytics strategy, and driving development execution for our Analytics business. - This person will recruit world-class talent, manage the appropriate development methodologies, and create the proper organizational structure to drive a high performing design and development team to deliver offerings and solutions to the market with relentless execution. - This person will have experience leading business groups and have an understanding of decision-making, based on business data. - This person will be a member of a global leadership team and will work with market leaders to define global delivery model. - Facilitative Leadership skills - Influencing skills, mentoring and coaching - to be able to drive change in the organization - This person will keep abreast of and influence technology trends, standards, and stakeholders, which will further enhance adoption and market share of Analytics solutions, and work in tandem with the other leaders to further define roadmap and deliver against it. - This person will have the ability to bridge technology with business acumen, will bring experience in developing industry-leading customer facing applications, and will develop and sustain a culture of passion, hard work, and innovation. Requirements : - Proven senior leadership of large-scale design and technology teams that have delivered enterprise solutions in a consulting or professional services business - Proven experience as in developing, deploying, and supporting SaaS/on-prem solutions to across industries. - Proven ability to recruit the best and brightest developers and designers and provide them with a vision and working environment to create world-class solutions - Excellent communication skills, strong team player, and the ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment - Experience in Agile development methodology - Experience with globally distributed teams and business partners - Experience in development with open source technologies - Experience in designing and developing solutions around Web, Mobility, Conversational AI, Data Engineering and Analytics - Experience in building and maintaining applications that are mission critical for customers Qualifications : Minimum qualifications : - MBA and Masters / PhD in Math or Computer Science - Additional qualifications in Digital technologies like Automation, AI, Data and Analytics
