- The ideal candidate will lead the roadmap planning process and work on organization design projects

- Closely work with Strategy & Finance to project workforce across disciplines

- Managing business operations or workforce planning functions

- Incumbent should have 8-10 years experience with a large App development firm/App services offering

- Extremely good with numbers & understand agile principles of effort estimation & story pointing
