Lead - WMS Operations - BFS

Position description:

- 8-15 years of experience up to chief manager. Primary products handled by this resource would be mutual funds, NPS, IPO Bonds. Should have team handling experience.

- Strong analytical skills for analyzing large data sizes

- Documentation & dealing with vendors for empanelment

- System enhancement requests to IT, UAT & tracking of issues till completion

- Cheque receipt management for all products

- Independently Manage the Back Office Operational Activities for various Financial Products like Mutual Fund, Fixed Deposit, NPS

- Transaction Management for all business ventures.

- Overlook & ensure timely dispatch of AMFI/SEBI related requirements

- Adhoc MIS & reports at various levels

- Ability to work freely in word, excel & powerpoint

- Process oriented & process driven person with the ability to follow & create new processes wherever required

- Experience in Handling both internal & external audit

- Team oriented person & willing to work in a team. Would perform backup activities in absence of team members

- Adhoc operational activities related to the various businesses handled by the profile

- Co-ordination with various vendors, & strong follow up for completion within given TAT

- Strong reconciliation Skills for handling various operational activities

- Self-motivated individual with the ability to independently handle the mutual fund vertical.

Required Knowledge:

- Highly skilled in Excel, Word & Power point

- Excellent knowledge of Financial Products like Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposit, NPS, IPO Bonds
