Key Responsibilities:
- To manage effectively the warranty claims & Partner claim operations Pan India
- To ensure there is no spares shortage due to poor stock planning.
- To create system of parts, labour and warranty claim which would be automated to merge seamlessly with OEM systems for end to end warranty claim integration.
- Defective material in some cases will need claim back on the supplier. If not done or not done in time can result in financial loss.
- Manage Local purchase of spares, as and when done, with proper authorisation process and due financial diligence
Operational :
- Identify non-moving/obsolete spares from time to time as per guidelines and ensure that they are sent back to either the Mother ware House of Vendors as per the guideline
- To ensure there is no stock out situation for any spares.
- To audit and reconcile periodically the spares at each vendor warehouse
- To bring up to the Parts Fulfillment persons notice discrepancies / issues from respective suppliers.
- Coordinate with logistics support or courier, monitor there performance levels and escalate in time for improvement actions.
- Lodge timely claims - vendor wise, product wise by generating appropriate MIS.
- Adhere to packaging, pricing and related systems.
Criteria :
- Understands warranty claims process
- Understanding of claim back process from OEM
- Inventory management process.
- Must have handled the warranty claim activity for Mobile co .
- Must have core competence in managing multiple partners warranty claims .
