- Manage complete end to end recruitment process and life cycle

- Resource rationalization, Build a recruitment pipeline

- Drive, talent analytics, engagement with internal stakeholders ,campuses hiring, PMS, employee engagement.

- Executive search Hiring.

Qualification : MBA-HR -Fulltime

Preferred Industry : NBFC, Micro Finance, Bank, Insurance.
