Lead - University Relations - Manufacturing Industry

Looking for Lead - University Relations for one of our client from Manufacturing Industry based out of Hyderabad.

Purpose of the Role:

To develop relationships with universities and establish avenues for client to partner with them in training talent for latest and future Technologies of our interest. Enabling and driving processes for setting-up customised courses, project avenues for mutual knowledge etc.

Job Description:

1. Identify Educational Institutions, Universities and campuses who have the potential to build and offer courses/programmes in the subject of our interest to build strategic partnerships

2. Initiate and drive processes for setting-up AR leadership guest lectures, customised courses, research, project avenues

3. Bring in market intelligence around competition and study best practices that can be adopted by organisation

4. To evolve initiatives that can drive engagements with partner Institutions for increasing visibility and building brand reputation

5. Provide insights, recommendations and strategic direction to our Leadership Team on the global campus environment, recommend Educational Institutions , Universities and campuses for investment in developing future talent for the company

6. Work closely with Group Talent Aacquitioin team and take up set of departmental goals other than University Relations
