- Lead University Relations program and establishing avenues for partnerships with premier engineering institutions in India.

- Designing engagement initiatives for the future talent on campus, and creating focused programs for the academicians from India's premier institutes.

- Identify trends and develop creative and customized talent attraction strategies.

- Program Manager - Employer Branding, supporting change management, and capability building activities.

- Campus Hiring from Top Engineering Colleges (IIT's/NIT's/IIIT's & BITS) for niche roles in Software Development, Data Sciences, Product Management and Analytics etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- An ideal candidate would be an Engineering Graduate from a premier institute, with 4-8 years of experience in similar role with reputed organisations. MBA from a premier Institute would be big plus.
