One of a reputed NBFC Clients in Mumbai is looking for a lead Treasury to be based at their Mumbai Corporate Office The role will entail:&nbsp; 1. Front office Treasury in terms of interacting with Bankers, Institutions, Rating Analysts. The person would be the face of the Finance function before all agencies 2. Maintaining good relations with Bankers &amp; Analysts including Senior level persons from the Banking &amp; Credit Rating Industry 3. Negotiation on rates and terms of Borrowings to ensure an optimal cost of capital is worked out and terms are conducive to the Company 4. Innovate the borrowings &amp; financing methods so as to reduce the cost of borrowings for the Company 5. Ensure availability of funds as per the Business Plan and requirements - The Role will report to the CFO and will manage a team of analysts and Treasury professionals. - CA / MBA Finance with 5-8 years of post qualification experience and demonstrated the skills set out above may apply for the role.
