Key Responsibilities :
- To create process to impart technical & soft skill training to all field engineers.
- Create rapidly scalable model for training repair technicians, engineers on wide range of devices
- To run train the trainer program for all service partners
- To improve the technical & soft skills of all customer facing employee
- Keep minimum repair bounce.
- Find constant ways to improve the service quality
- Provide technical support to field - service center as well as channel
- Keep innovating newer ways to reduce repair cost
- Provide soft skill training to all the front end field people.
- Provide on-line training & class room training.
- Provide On-the-job training.

Criteria :
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in training department
- Must have worked in any reputed mobile phone manufacturing company.
- Technical & soft skill training's.
- Technical support for electronics goods.
- Hands on repair of products in field or in any carry-in service centers.
- Ability to strategies and plan on training content and delivery
