- Our liabilities business is presently one of the fastest growing in the industry both in terms of customers and size of the book, coming on the back of superior product proposition and industry leading digital capabilities

- In next few years, we want to grow the liabilities book by at least 4-5x. In line with overall strategy of the bank, we will build and scale up truly transformational digital, analytics and organizational capabilities which will enable us to acquire high quality customer base and then build deep banking relationship with them to drive this growth

- As part of this ambition, we want to create countrys best digital-led engagement channels to service and engage our most premium customers

- The operating model for this engagement channel and portfolio management would be significantly differentiated from traditional setups both in terms of people and tech capabilities.

- Our intent is to go to market and differentiate our product in the market on the back of the experience and engagement delivered through this channel for our customers We are looking to hire a strong member in the Customer Experience & People Capabilities team who would be a key enabler in the non-linear growth of the liabilities book of the bank. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience and People Capabilities (RL).

You will be responsible for all aspects of resourcing and training including:

1. Capability Roadmap Development a. Develop a comprehensive capability roadmap for front-end job families in retail liabilities, aligning with business needs and the overall strategy of the bank b. Identify skill gaps and training requirements, and design learning and development initiatives to bridge those gaps and enhance the capabilities of employees

2. Training and Continuous Learning a. Design and implement training programs, including new hire training programs, upskilling initiatives, and refresh training programs b. Ensure continuous learning opportunities are available to employees to keep them updated with industry trends, product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements

3. Talent acquisition a. Responsible for talent acquisition for front end job families across all RL channels including branch sales, branch RMs, virtual RMs b. End to end quality hiring incl designing value & branding, identify right talent pools, designing screening, assessment & onboarding process in collaboration with HR talent acquisition team

4. Employee Engagement Initiatives a. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale

5. Channel Excellence Initiatives a. Develop career paths and progression opportunities, providing clear guidance on growth and advancement within the channel b. Implement initiatives to enhance channel excellence, such as identifying best practices, sharing success stories, and facilitating knowledge exchange

6. Productivity Enhancement Initiatives a. Identify and execute hacks and initiatives aimed at increasing employee productivity b. Explore innovative hacks, tools, and technologies to streamline processes, automate tasks, and optimize efficiency without compromising customer experience

Key skills and background:

- Collaboration ninja who is pro at building excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management , Challenger mindset & passion to challenge status quo to find innovative solutions to drive out of the box ideas

- Believer in entrepreneurial culture of brutal ownership, transparency, and trust

- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams

- Hustler, with understanding of consumer/ banking/ fintech products & journeys

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Minimum qualification: - 7+ years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition and training roles across banking / financial services / fintechs / consumer tech companies

- MBA from Tier I/II business school; minimum of a Bachelors Degree from Tier I/II institutes Budget 50 fixed (slightly flexible) + benefits + Gratuity
