Responsible for the development, execution, and performance of all events/activations designed to increase brand presence and ultimate take-away 2. Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution 3. Build market, customer satisfaction and productivity performance by establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans 4. Responsible for working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance 5. Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns 6. Experience of execution with multiple offline agencies 7. Actively support working across customer marketing and regional sales teams 8. Benchmark the activities in the industry and bring valuable ideas to the table 9. Responsible for consumer and customer insights Additional Qualification and Experience : - Commercial or trade marketing experience preferably with a Beverages/ FMCG / alco-beverage industry. Drinks and Lifestyle Category experience is an advantage - An individual with high energy and enthusiasm - Motivated & uses own initiative - Analytical financial skills and budget management experience - Ability to work to deadlines and/or under pressure and to remain calm and productive - English and Local Language Communication - Excellent
