This role anchors multiple critical areas :
- Rewards - Organization structure review, compensation & benefits, industry benchmarking, salary bands, incentives, and productivity analysis
- HR Policies & Benefits - periodically introduce / upgrade industry leading policies and benefits, process improvement/ automation to ensure superlative employee experience
- HR Operations- End-to-end employee lifecycle management from joining till exit to ensure best-in-class employee experience
- Payroll - oversee payroll and insurance management in alignment
- HR Legal Compliances - ensure organization compliance with labour laws and be proactive in highlighting areas of concern
- HR Analytics - design a framework and track all KPIs to generate business insights
