Role: Tech Lead - Microsoft Windows.
Location: Pune / Gurgaon.
Notice: 0 to 30 days.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Provide technical expertise in complex problem-solving scenarios.
- Technical Support to the team
- Technical reviews on cases
- Should be able to conduct triages/trainings to upskill new hires and existing resources
- Will be responsible to create a technical bench strength within the team
- Should be able to collaborate within LOBs/PODs in collaboration scenarios
- Should be able to interact and host discussions with Client(PTA's)
- Will be responsible to review and update training curriculum
- Should be able to take high visibility and complex escalations
- Should be able to audit sample cases for compliance check (Timely Closures, Follow ups etc.)
