- We are looking to appoint a Lead - Technical Service -
Job Objective:
To provide technical support service to strategic and key potential customers
Ideal Candidate:
- 10 - 15 Years of experience with 2 - 5 years of professional assignments in a technical environment
- MS or BS in Engineering or science degree desired
- Experience in close customer collaboration with engineering and operation functions
- Project management experience
- Experience in composite materials
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen network within key customers technical organization (incl. operations) up to highest levels
- Continuously builds knowledge of key customers, products, technologies, applications, competition, and industry standards
- Understand customer FFU and needs of today and tomorrow and translate into product needs
- Lead product qualifications projects involving all required internal resources, including coordination of approval testing's internal and external
- Drive continuous improvement for products and processes internally and at customer
- Engage customers and gain commitment for TCO collaboration
- Organize and perform audits together with a joined OC and customer team, to understand individual (per customer/per blade plant) full chain cost components and discover option to reduce cost along the chain
- Initiate TCO projects with strong collaboration of cross functional stakeholders in fabrics (S&T, Operation, Controlling etc.) as well as within customer organization
- Gather and document required data in order to quantify TCO project values.
