From the first time you speak with a potential candidate, you are assessing their strengths and weaknesses so that we can make lower-risk hiring decisions. - Advising around the uptake of social networking within our recruiting function and helping the team to capitalize on these tools - Be a Brand Ambassador of BookMyshow, very often you'll be the first person that someone talks to, so you need to be great at understanding their motives and matching them with the benefits of working with us. - Track record of innovation in recruiting. While you will be comfortable advertising roles on job boards, you are interested in the psychology of attracting potential to us and passionate about finding new ways to do this - Strong understanding of India IT talent market/ talent availability - Would like to do things differently, a creative &amp; out of the box thinker. - A team player that can manage minds almost like him. - An excellent communicator with Awesome communication skill. Daily and Weekly Responsibilities : - Work and form relationships with internal management teams to understand the recruiting needs and help with hiring strategy. - Work with the team to articulate the needs and get the same executed. - Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build high-quality hiring strategy. - Work on creating recruiting metrics and share reports with the stakeholders. - Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff. Skills and Qualifications : - 8+ years- experience in recruitment or human resources. - Should have managed team of recruiters. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search. - Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems. - Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.). - Ability to travel as needed.
