Lead/Team Manager - Credit & Risk - Non Infrastructure Domain - NBFC

Urgently Required Senior Team Member/Team Manager - Credit & Risk (Large Corporates - Non Infrastructure Domain) for a Leading NBFC to be based at their corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Profile:

Through knowledge of entire range of Corporate banking product (Non Infrastructure).

Managing end-to-end Transaction Advisory Services thru,

- Origination of a Transaction

- Preparation of IM and Financial Models

- Understanding and analysis of business operations, financial statements, deal rationale, etc.

- Discussion and negotiations in Term sheets

- Structuring & execution of deals, review deal documentation and closing of significantly valued deals across the Non Infra Domain.

Expertise in Detailed Project Reports (DPR), Fund Raising, bankable DPR preparation, project structuring. Financial Modeling.

Plan& execute the process for Proposals,

Preparing proposals for getting funds.

Preparation of CMA data /Projection and project report / Feasibility Study Report & Presenting the proposals for the same.

Ensuring the disbursement of funds in a stipulated time frame.

To handle the entire gamut of Pre and post sanction activates including project evaluation /Appraisal/ Funding.

Maintaining the effective relationships.
