Lead - Talent Management & Rewards - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/TISS/XLRI (5-8 yrs)
- Prepare & Execute the Talent Management agenda, including but not limited to, Performance Management, HR Surveys, Succession Management and Top Talent, and Leadership Development.
- Consults business leaders on employee development, organization effectiveness, and culture change initiatives.
- Manage projects on Employer Branding, HR Surveys & Job Evaluation
- Manage compensation & benefits (increment cycles, compensation structures and market benchmarking, benefits and recognition)
- Possess strong analytical, coaching and influence skills.
- MBA from tier 1 b-schools required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources
