Lead - Talent Management - Large Retail Giant - T1/T2 MBA
- Work with HR leadership and Business leaders to develop and implement an organization-wide Talent Management Strategy
- Interpret the strategic workforce plan and create a strong plan looking at short, medium, and longer-term business needs - identifying key Capabilities for future and having robust market development plan aligned to the same
- Drive leadership development and individual development planning interventions teams across
- MBA in HR from a premier institute is mandatory
- 5-8 years of experience post MBA, specializing in Talent Management and Leadership Development in a mid-sized organization
- Should have previous experience of implementing and progressively scaling talent solutions in their professional career
- Prior experience in succession planning, competency mapping, and performance management is a must
