Lead - Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness - Shared Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (13-18 yrs)
- Lead and drive Talent Management & Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture, People Transformation
- Manage People Cycle : Performance evaluation, Engagement, Competencies appraisal
- Develop employer branding strategy and implementation
Ideal Candidate :
- At least 13-18 years of experience in managing TM,OE among other things post MBA from a Tier 1 B-School
- Experience in supporting teams build a transparent and high performance culture
- Experience managing talent management, Performance management, Engagement, Learning & Development, Org Transformation / Change management, Culture Change
- Proven people and project management skills. Can easily work in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams.
