Talent Management and Organizational Development Lead
Location: Gurugram/Delhi (or must be willing to relocate)
Reporting To: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Requirements:
Expertise: Proficiency in Assessment Centers, Change Management, Career Planning, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Succession Planning, and Culture Surveys.
Skills:
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong articulation abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
Location: The candidate must be based in Gurugram/Delhi or willing to relocate to these locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and execute assessment centers to identify and develop talent within the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions.
- Facilitate career planning processes for employees at all levels.
- Oversee Performance Management Systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive succession planning efforts to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
- Conduct culture surveys and utilize data to drive organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure effective implementation of TM and OD programs.
