Lead Talent Management & Development
1. Mapping and leading our journey to be the Best Talent Development Company in the Country.
2. To grasp mega trends/ future skills of the markets and examine-establish the base line of organizational talent.
3. Conceive, design and implement learning strategies, training roadmaps to ensure that we are able to bridge the skill gap and are future ready.
4. To be provider of in-depth expertise to drive sustainable learning methodologies for the various divisions and units in the markets.
5. To promote digital and self-paced learning behavior within the organization.
6. The position will also support all aspects of talent management, including but not limited to employee communication, employer brand, performance management, succession planning and I&D.
7. To own the talent development agenda and be a trusted partner and collaborator for the Talent Leads/ HR Partners.
8. Be an active proponent while driving / collaborating all functional agendas.
9. Building Talent alliances with other corporates. Empanelment, and engagement of learning partners / vendors.
10. Steering and leading all our Academies and actively engaging our learning communities.
11. Facilitating and conducting internal Development and Assessment Centers.
- MBA HR with 12-15 years preferably from well known Indian and MNC FMCG branded companies
- Comp 50 L - 70 L
