To promote digital and self-paced learning behavior within the organization. 6. The position will also support all aspects of talent management, including but not limited to employee communication, employer brand, performance management, succession planning and I&D. 7. To own the talent development agenda and be a trusted partner and collaborator for the Talent Leads/ HR Partners. 8. Be an active proponent while driving / collaborating all functional agendas. 9. Building Talent alliances with other corporates. Empanelment, and engagement of learning partners / vendors. 10. Steering and leading all our Academies and actively engaging our learning communities. 11. Facilitating and conducting internal Development and Assessment Centers. - MBA HR with 12-15 years preferably from well known Indian and MNC FMCG branded companies - Comp 50 L - 70 L
