- Provide consultative support to HR and business leaders on organization assessment and design, talent management and succession, leadership development and diversity.
- You will be a key member to drive and develop the alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture. You will assist teams to deliver on strategic projects, develop succession planning and other talent management activities.
Key Responsibilities : To support the Talent Demand and Business Growth for ASEAN and Developing Markets, Pacific (Australia/New Zealand), Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea) in APAC
- Provide input to succession management and internal talent movement for ASEAN and Developing Markets in APAC, Pacific (Aus/NZ), Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea)
- Own, improve and deploy processes in the areas of succession planning for ASEAN and Developing Markets in APAC, Pacific (Aus/NZ), Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea)
- Influence and develop leaders to improve the internal talent pipeline relative to ready now successors for key talent roles in ASEAN and Developing Markets in APAC, Pacific (Aus/NZ), Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea)
- Bring external perspective and thought leadership to deploy innovation around succession planning, internal talent movement, and overall talent management
- Lead key change initiatives through the HR and the overall organization ASEAN and Developing Markets in APAC for Diversity Programs
- Drive critical Diversity initiatives for ASEAN and Developing Markets in APAC, Pacific (Aus/NZ), Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea)
- Assess Talent, Facilitate Change and Lead talent programs for ASEAN and Developing Markets in APAC, Pacific (Aus/NZ), Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea)
- Ability to work with multiple matrixes of multiple countries demands, highly complex market demands and multiple stakeholders
- Have good knowledge of ASEAN and Developing countries, Pacific (Aus/NZ), Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea) landscape to allow immediate intercept for the demand and needs of these countries
- Prior experience in successful sensing, leading and deploying developing markets demand requirements and needs is highly preferable
