Looking for a Talent Management Leader for a leading MNC in the Services space.
- The role will be based out of Mumbai
Role:
- Design and Deliver the Talent Strategy for the Company, working closely with Group, Region, and HQ to assure it is aligned with business requirement.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Design, develop and drive mechanisms for identification and development of talent across all functions of the organisation in a structured manner to enable a ready pipeline of talent within the organisation.
- Outline Governance and best practises to deliver talent priorities
- Partner with business in developing identified talent through various mechanisms & interventions
- Stakeholder management for National and functional Talent agenda by aligning with Line Manager capabilities & responsibilities
Education & Experience : MBA (Tier 1) HR, 9-12 years
