- Planning and executing the end to end Program Hiring agenda - Hire Train Deploy Model (driving tie-ups with educational institutes and planning courses where passing out students are absorbed
- Lead initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team.
- Keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.
- Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements
- Lead effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to increase client brand recognition as an employer of choice and attract quality candidates into the pipeline.
