- Driving TALENT MANAGEMENT initiatives for the circle-
- Responsible for ensuring Channel-Mix & Diversity targets are achieved
- Define and set the sourcing plans for specific channels based on the recruiting targets and budget and ensure that it is in line with the company's business and marketing strategy
- Reduce Recruitment cost by recruitment through IJP/Portal/internal sources/Employee Referrals.
- Maintaining efficiency of recruitment progress with an overview on process compliance, recruitment strategy and profitabilit
