Lead - Talent Acquisition - Telecom

Position will cater to entire gamut of HR (60-65% shall be Recruitment)

Reports to GM - HR, based at Delhi.

Business Partnering with business leaders in the region.

- Driving recruitment for the region through job portals and hiring diversity talent.

- Drive learning and development programs including online ones and talent management initiatives in the region.

- Driving the performance management, employee engagement and volunteering initiatives in the region.

- Managing HR operations, onboarding, R&R initiatives, Health & wellness initiatives.

- Driving attrition action planning.

- Connecting with employees and resolving the issues.

- Compliance on documentation on areas; recruitment, DOR, exit clearance and F&F.

- Coordinate with external vendors on ref-checks, pre-joining medical tests and internal stakeholders.

- Working on HR projects.
