Job location is Bangalore - Work from office.
- Managing Talent Acquisition for Technology / IT vertical.
- Stake holder management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the position
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the company
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
