Lead - Talent Acquisition - Technology - Logistics Startup

Hiring for one of the top startups in the logistics space in India.

Role is based out of Gurgaon.

Only full time 2 year MBA_HR's may apply.

As a Lead - Talent Acquisition for our technology arm, you will lead a team of talent scouts, program managers, and process champs to bring aboard the best talent and build India's best tech & product team. You will work with key stakeholders to forecast headcount requirements, create an outstanding candidate experience, and manage the hiring process in line with our culture. Working with a data backed approach, you will create dashboards to ensure we have a solid pipeline and are hiring with speed and accuracy with your team. You will also lead all leadership hiring mandates independently.

Qualifications:

- Graduation/Post-graduation

- 8-12 years of prior experience

- Experience with managing people

- Experience of hiring technology talent at scale is required

- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the board
