Job Description :

- The role will be responsible for recruiting professional to work closely with Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for hiring plans across the businesses. Reporting to the Head of HR, the individual will be working hands on niche positions and would also be leading a team.

Description :

- As a trusted partner of hiring managers, you will determine staffing needs and will develop and execute recruiting plans
- Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition
- Build a strong network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Manage development and delivery of Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talents through appropriate channels

Profile :

- 5-10 years of experience of end to end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles with IT/ITES/Product Tech organisations

- An ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic work environment

- Ability to work hands on and mentor a small team as well
