The incumbent will work very closely with business leaders to drive Talent Acquisition agenda of the organization as it takes scale
- Leveraging recruiting expertise to inculcate strategy to attract and hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives will be a key focus
- 12-15 years of volume hiring experience in Hardware/AIML/Digital is a must
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
