Roles and Responsibilities :
The main KRAs would include :
- Handling high volume technology hirings across all levels
- Implementing Talent acquisition strategies
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality talent acquisition practices and deliverables
- Capacity planning, Budgeting and Stakeholder management
- Managing end to end Recruitment Process
- Implementing effective resource practices
- Talent Market mapping
- Review manpower planning and recruitment needs for different divisions
- Succession planning and Talent development
- Employer Branding
- Vendor Management
- Etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- An ideal candidate would be a Management and/or Engineering Graduate with 13 -18 years of experience in hard core Talent acquisition and Recruitment operations.
- Must have worked with reputed Technology based organisations with proven track record.
- Should be capable of driving numbers and stakeholder management.
