Lead - Talent Acquisition - Startup

We are currently retained by a leading well funded startup to lead their Talent Acquisition team. Please note this role needs someone who has worked with an MNC followed by leading TA for a startup. This role will offer you to the opportunity to lead the entire TA for the organization, build the strategy, lead campus hiring and be responsible for all tech and non tech hiring.

Role: Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Pune

To qualify you must have the following :

- Have led talent acquisition for volume as well as leadership hiring for a growing organization on a variety of IT and Non-IT Positions

- Strong Operational experience in terms of forecasting, planning and budgeting

- Manage a team of 5 TA specialists with ability to groom them

- Expertise in setting up best practices in terms of sourcing from multiple channels especially social media

- Ability to set up large scale recruitment processes and mentor and groom the team on understanding job requirements much beyond what's written in the JD

- Strong stakeholder management skills to engage with business leaders on their requirements and manage expectations

- Proven experience of scaling up an organization

- Must have led campus hiring as well as leadership hiring

- Strong hands on experience of hiring hard core tech talent in the past

- To qualify you must be a full time MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 college with 6-10 years strong experience in Talent Acquisition with a large global MNC/mid-size organization followed by scaling up of a startup.
